This is the full index of our location pages: four services across twenty towns, each written around that town's own building stock, postcode districts and local conditions rather than a swapped-in name.

How our coverage actually works

We run out of Ampthill, and the practical shape of our coverage follows the road network rather than county boundaries. The A507 and A6 take us north to Bedford and east to Shefford and Biggleswade; the M1 corridor takes us south to Luton and Dunstable and north-west to Milton Keynes; the A1 takes us up to Sandy and St Neots.

That means a town 15 miles away on a good road is often easier for us to serve than somewhere closer across country lanes. If you are not listed below, it is still worth asking — the list reflects where we work most often, not a hard boundary.

Questions we get asked

Do you charge extra for towns further from Ampthill?

Distance is one input into a quote, but roof area, pitch and condition matter far more. We do not apply a flat travel surcharge by town.

My town is not listed — do you cover it?

Quite possibly. The list reflects where we work most often across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. Ask and we will tell you honestly.

Can you do several properties in one street?

Yes, and it is cheaper for everyone. Most of the cost of a visit is set-up, so consecutive properties in the same road are efficient.

Which service do I actually need?

If there are visible moss cushions, start with moss removal. If it is green film or dark streaking, softwashing. If water is coming over the gutter edge, gutters and fascias. If you are not sure, send a photo.
